- Pre-heat oven to 300℉
- Mix granola ingredients together in a large bowl2 cups rolled oats, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, ¼ cup almonds, ¼ cup pecans, ¼ cup maple syrup, A pinch of salt
- Spread out in a thin layer on a baking sheet
- Bake at 300℉ for 30 minutes
If you'd like your granola to have little clusters, don't spread it too thinly
Notes
If you're adding dried fruit or chocolate to your granola, add it in after it cools.
Feel free to add in any other nuts or seeds you'd like before baking your granola.
