Simple Homemade Granola

This simple homemade granola is ridiculously easy to make and super customizable. It's perfect for yogurt bowls, trail mix, smoothie bowls, or sprinkled on gourmet toast for a little crunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup almonds sliced
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300℉
  2. Mix granola ingredients together in a large bowl
    2 cups rolled oats, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, ¼ cup almonds, ¼ cup pecans, ¼ cup maple syrup, A pinch of salt
  3. Spread out in a thin layer on a baking sheet
  4. If you'd like your granola to have little clusters, don't spread it too thinly
  5. Bake at 300℉ for 30 minutes

Notes

If you're adding dried fruit or chocolate to your granola, add it in after it cools.
Feel free to add in any other nuts or seeds you'd like before baking your granola.
